I received a letter from AIA recently.
It reads:

No health questions ask and no medical examination is required.
I am not too sure what is so special about this accident plan because accident plans normally do not require and health questions or medical examination. In addition, $400 might seem to be cheap but I do not see the need to be covered for such a high amount for accidental death.
it really depends how you view things. The chances of accidents are higher then you getting major illness or death. Furthermore i understand you can also claim through this policy if you have accidental injuries at home or at play (sprains etc etc). The way i see, $400 is the cost of my cigarattes per month, but its gives my family half a million coverage when i am no longer there...so its a wiser investment choice for me.In another words, i am insuring myself for $1 a day for half a million coverage. Sounds good to me.
